With Telemetry Enabled, click the drop-down box in the Options section and choose 3 – Full.This is a temporary change and we’ll soon turn Windows 10 telemetry back off.
At the top of the Allow Telemetry options window, click Enabled.With Data Collection and Preview Builds selected, you’ll see an option labeled Allow Telemetry on the right side of the window.In the Group Policy Editor, use the hierarchical list of options on the left side of the window to navigate to Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Data Collection and Preview Builds.Right-click on the gpedit.msc result and select Run as Administrator.The top result should be the Local Group Policy Editor as shown in the screenshot below. To do so, click the Start Menu and type gpedit.msc.
